Provide design materials, such as logo files, graphic design drafts, etc.
Confirm the customization process with the supplier. Optional processes include screen printing, inkjet printing, UV printing, 3D printing, laser engraving, etc.
The supplier will provide feedback on design feasibility within 2-3 business days, confirming whether the design draft is suitable for production.
The supplier produces samples based on the confirmed design. In-stock samples can be delivered in 1-3 days; customized samples require 7-15 business days.
After receiving the samples, the customer checks whether the appearance, workmanship, and functions meet expectations, provides modification suggestions, and confirms the final sample.
After sample confirmation, an order is signed, and the supplier arranges mass production. Specific details can be negotiated with the supplier.
Production cycle is generally 30-35 days; large orders or peak season orders will require separate negotiation.
After production is completed, the supplier will ship the goods via logistics such as DHL and UPS, providing a tracking number for tracking purposes.
